This information is stored in a company address book and is locked away when not required to run the business.

Business contacts’ details, such as suppliers’ names, addresses and phone numbers, are securely stored on the company’s mobile phone, which in turn is protected with a PIN that is changed regularly and never shared.

All servers and computers containing data will be protected by approved security software and a firewall.

Data will be encrypted before being transferred electronically via email and will never be transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
