Paper-based data storage is limited to customers’ names, phone numbers and email addresses. This information is stored in a company address book and is locked away when not required to run the business.

Business contacts’ details, such as suppliers’ names, addresses and phone numbers, are securely stored on the company’s mobile phone, which in turn is protected with a PIN that is changed regularly and never shared.

All servers and computers containing data will be protected by approved security software and a firewall.

Data will be encrypted before being transferred electronically via email and will never be transferred outside of the European Economic Area.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
